Unfortunately the next meeting of the full council has been cancelled. We hope to reschedule this, but a date has yet to be confirmed.

Network Rail have organised a community drop-in event for Tuesday 28th January between 16:00 and 19:00 at Upper Hall, Shalford Village Hall, 1 Kings Road, Guildford, GU4 8BQ.

They have invited the local community to come along and ask their project managers for any questions you have around the resignalling work taking place at the level crossings, including Brook Level Crossing.

The next presentation of the Neighbourhood Plan consultation results will be Saturday March 22nd from 10:30 to 12:00.

The results will also be presented at the Annual Parish Meeting which will take place on Wednesday April 30th from 19:15.

A road diversion is in place around the crossing from 23:00 Friday 10 January to 06:30 Monday 13 January.

Works at the four level crossings (Burrows, Brooks, Chilworth and Tangley) will continue over the next couple of months.
